▪ Violent or Abusive Patients

The Practice adopts a zero tolerance policy towards violent or abusive patients. Patients who are violent or abusive to any member of the practice team may be reported to the police and or removed from the practice list immediately.

▪ Access to Patient Information and Confidentiality

Medical records are not disclosed to anyone outside the practice without your written consent. Access to patient information maybe required for audit purposes. No personal information will be passed on to any other sources without your prior consent. All personal information held by the practice is subject to the Data Protection Act (1998) and all staff and Clinicians are trained on Caldicott Principles and Guidelines.
