A suggestion box is provided for comments and suggestions. If you have any complaints, please let us know so that we can rectify them. All complaints will be acknowledged within five days of receipt. We will respond to all complaints within 28 working days. Where a complaint is made about the Doctor, the patient will be able to discuss this with the Nurse if preferred.
